Das Landestheater Niederösterreich im Zentrum von St. Pölten bietet Sprechtheater für Klein und Groß.
Ein eigenes Ensemble und hochkarätige Gäste sorgen für lustvolle und intensive Theatererlebnisse. In den beiden Spielstätten werden neben Eigen- und Koproduktionen auch internationale Gastspiele, Lesungen, Kinder- und Jugendtheater, das Literaturfestival Blätterwirbel, das beliebte Bürgertheater und diverse Zusatzveranstaltungen geboten.
Neben einem umfangreichen Vermittlungsprogramm versteht sich das Landestheater Niederösterreich auch in Zusammenhang mit dem Peter-Turrini-DramatikerInnen-Stipendium als Vermittler und Plattform zeitgenössischen Literaturschaffens.

The Landestheater Niederösterreich in the center of St. Pölten offers talk theaters for young and old.
An own ensemble and top-class guests provide pleasurable and intense theater experiences. In the two venues, in addition to own and co-productions, international guest performances, readings, children’s and youth theater, the literary festival Blätterwirbel, the popular city theater and various additional events are on offer.
In addition to an extensive teaching program, the Landestheater Niederösterreich also sees itself as a mediator and platform for contemporary literary creation in connection with the Peter Turrini dramatist scholarship.
